• Assist in planning and executing Cloeren’s Global Events.
  • Work closely with management on intercompany communication through SharePoint and Carousel.
  • Create content and post to social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Assist in creating presentations.
  • Work within our Salesforce CRM system to contact customers with emails using Pardot.
  • Manage Marketing resources and inventory.

  • Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and written.
  • Ability to create social media content on platforms including, but not limited to Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    The Marketing Specialist should possess an associate degree in Marketing or an equivalent field of study, along with 4+ years of marketing experience, in addition to being proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Photoshop.

    OR

    A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent field of study, along with 2+ years of Marketing experience, and must be proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft 365 and Adobe Photoshop.
