Assist in planning and executing Cloeren’s Global Events.
Work closely with management on intercompany communication through SharePoint and Carousel.
Create content and post to social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
Assist in creating presentations.
Work within our Salesforce CRM system to contact customers with emails using Pardot.
Manage Marketing resources and inventory.
Communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and written.
Ability to create social media content on platforms including, but not limited to Instagram and LinkedIn.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Willingness to travel on occasion.
Execute responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Photography skills encouraged.
Must enjoy being creative.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
The Marketing Specialist should possess an associate degree in Marketing or an equivalent field of study, along with 4+ years of marketing experience, in addition to being proficient in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Photoshop.
OR
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent field of study, along with 2+ years of Marketing experience, and must be proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft 365 and Adobe Photoshop.
