Must pay attention to detail and consistency of polishing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to Cloeren safety policies and procedure<\/li>\n<li>Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions<\/li>\n<li>Polish parts using stones, abrasives and other material<\/li>\n<li>Polish in such a way as to maintain consistency across the finish of the part<\/li>\n<li>Clean assigned parts and maintains a neat work area<\/li>\n<li>Perform limited maintenance work as assigned by supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Occasionally, will breakdown or assemble various parts<\/li>\n<li>Some forklift operation<\/li>\n<li>Must attend fork lift training<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adjust vision focus; detect, determine, perceive, recognize, observe, inspect, estimate\/assess<\/li>\n<li>Wear uniform<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Language skills; must be able to effectively communicate, convey and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English Language preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret; ability to effectively and accurately interpret, convey and express oneself in the exchange ideas in a respectful and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Mathematical skills; ability to perform basic math<\/li>\n<li>Reasoning ability; ability to define problems, collect data, establishes facts<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of safety practices and hazards related to machine operations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate a variety of hand tools<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet production goals and complete tasks<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of mechanical tools<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work overtime when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Climate controlled atmosphere<\/li>\n<li>Noise level; moderate to high<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to stand 12 hours per shift<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use hands and arms in repetitive fashion 12 entire 12 hour shift<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety Glasses<\/li>\n<li>Steel Toe Boots or upper leather shoes oil and slip resistant<\/li>\n<li>Ear Plugs as needed<\/li>\n<li>Gloves as needed<\/li>\n<li>Hard Hat as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED a must. Trade school graduate a plus, manufacturing shop experience a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Experience Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0 to 1 year work experience.
